The unit is a good size and newly decorated. The location is great and peaceful, with a short walk to a hill overlooking downtown and close to restaurants.

The common facilities were clean and spacious.
The room which was clean was extremely small and not good for two adults. The beds were comfortable, but there was no hanging space.

Centrally located in Prince Rupert. . Easy parking and access to building for luggage etc. Very clean and well appointed room #5 with excellent kitchen .Very clean bathroom with lots of thick towels. Very comfortably bed and furnishings. Just a good experience for the price. Booked on line . You would expect to pay more.
Street a bit noisey at night . Shower only in bathroom. No air conditioning but , seldom needed in Prince Rupert.

The Name. Pics on website. Convenience of getting picked up from ferry. Unfortunately we arrived late and left early so the stay was brief but we really liked your hotel and Prince Rupert. Nice people working there.
Everything was great.

I stayed there for a week doing research in the city archives. As a retired person the price was right and the hosts were accommodating to my requests for a quiet room, a desk , a desk-lamp and a small fridge. The location was close enough for me to forgo renting a car, if I were younger and more mobile. They are in the process of building a new and better accommodation next door.
The cleaning lady skipped my room a couple of times, but this oversight was corrected, when I mentioned it to the Black Rooster staff.
